Write a Better Résumé and Get a Better Job

I spent my entire working life in one job, teaching. Writing a new, up-to-date resume is not something I had to do frequently. Today, however, my experience is unusual, and most people change jobs frequently. The chances are, if you are reading this right now, you have already submitted numerous resumes; that's the way it goes these days.


On this site, you will find numerous articles designed to assist you with writing a better resume so that you can get a better job. You will find tips and suggestions on creating a better CV (curriculum vitae) / resume. This vital document that all employers require is called different things in different parts of the world. Since I am Canadian, I call it a resume. Whatever it's called, it's always the same thing: a summary of your education and experience, designed to convince an employer to hire you.
